Didier Brugel, its Director, holds an Engineering Degree (INSA, Toulouse, France) and a Ph.D. in Physics (University of

Nottingham, England). Besides a post-doctoral position on R&D on magnetic sensors (University of Bath, England),

most of his career was devoted to Digital Television and Broadcasting and includes a seven years  business development

experience in the U.S.A.
